Does any hair loss treatment work? I’m 22, and my hair is very thin. Did anyone use a thinning hair/ Hair loss treatment that worked? Or know somebody that used the treatment and it worked?

Ten or fifteen years ago, everyone with thinning hair screamed “WHY ISN'T THERE A MEDICATION THAT WILL STOP MY HAIR LOSS AND REGROW THAT WHICH I'VE ALREADY LOST!?!?!?” So… Scientists developed a NUMBER of goddamned drugs and what do people say? “OH! But that's a PRESCRIPTION! That's not “Natural”! I want something that promises almost MAGICAL results yet is nothing but snake oil!” If you want to throw money away, go for the “Natural Cures” and nonsense… If you want something that works, go talk to your freaking doctor! These medications, shampoos, etc. Have been around for MANY MANY years and all people do is b*tch about them and then use Holistic Nonsense. I'm sorry for the attitude but this is just one out of HUNDREDS of posts about not wanting to use things whose efficacy has been proven because of some nonsense about “Big Pharm”. “I’ve horrible anxiety that stops me from leaving the house. What herbs can I take to help this?” “I’ve horrible depression and want to kill myself. What can I do at home to cure this?” Our culture is so fu*ked up that we refuse to use what exists to don’thing but HELP! If you don't trust the FDA, fine… You're stupid but there's no cure for that… But if thats the case, choose another 1st world country and check out what THEIR equivalent of the FDA says about the MANY products for men and women to prevent more hair loss and help re-grow that which has already been lost… Australia, the UK, France, Whatever… Go see what THEIR scientists have to say about these medications and then go to YOUR doctor and get them. But if you want to refuse to use products which MUST prove their efficacy before the Medical Community and REALLY REALLY want to piss away your cash, send me your money and I'll mail you a tub of Vaseline that I've sprinkled magic fairy dust in that I GUARANTEE* will grow your hair back instantly… At least you'll know you're being conned.
