    Is himalaya protein shampoo with conditioner good for hair? I’m facing lot of hair fall these days. I’ve tried so many shampoos(VLCC, Pantene etc.) but still facing the hair fall.     How do I maximize my hair growth? I know eating healthy, not drying it, but what are some common mistakes people make that destroy their hair when trying to grow it longer? I feel like I keep having to trim mine (It's dry) and so I'm not getting any length. :/
