Can Hair Loss Treatments Help Thinning Hair?
Thinning hair often marks the early stages of various hair loss conditions and affects more than 50% of men and women. If you haven’ticed that your hair appears thinner, now is the best time to take action and ensure that your hair remains in top condition. If thinning hair is caught quickly enough, it can almost always be fully reversed if the person seeks suitable treatment.
The Difference Between Thinning Hair and Hair Loss
Thinning hair occurs when the hair shaft becomes thinner with each growth cycle. The cause of thinning hair is usually genetic – rising levels of the hormone Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) inhibit the growth of hair follicles. This leads to Male Pattern Baldness or Female Pattern Hair Loss. Sometimes other hair loss conditions such as Telogen Effluvium or Diffuse Hair Loss can lead to thinning. Once the thinning has progressed to the point where the hairs become vellus (short, light coloured hair which is not always visible to the human eye), the person is said to be suffering from hair loss. If vellus continues to spread, and all of the hair on the top of the head becomes vellus, this is referred to as baldness. This is more common in men than women although some females suffer from baldness if they leave their hair untreated.
Can Treatments Help?
If possible go through this cautiously, the problem and the techniques have so many variations. There are only 2 treatments that have shown sufficient evidence that they’re effective in tackling thinning hair and hair loss. These treatments are called Minoxidil (for men and women) and Propecia (for men only). There are various ways of obtaining these products. They can be bought over-the-counter, however if you want to see the best results, they can be tailored to suit your individual condition through a prescription. Minoxidil can be prepared in various concentrations when prescribed by a qualified hair specialist. But nevertheless, it’s possible to prepare Minoxidil with added ingredients that have shown to help reduce the effects of DHT. These are called Medroxyprogesterone (MPG) and Azelaic Acid (AA).

There are also a range of hair growth boosters which can be combined with these treatments to improve their efficacy. These include the LaserComb and hair vitamin supplements. If you’re investing time and money in your hair, a tailored treatment programme is the safest and quickest way to seeing hair regrowth. It’s important to get thinning hair checked out by an expert so you know what is causing it and how best to treat it. So do not let thinning hair get the better of you. Look into suitable hair loss treatments and keep your hair looking the way you want it to.

Best Hair Loss Treatment | Provillus Warning. New levels have been achieved in the search for the best hair loss treatment. People are getting more and more anxious about finding the best solutions they
In my teens/early twenties this natural treatment stopped loss and completely regrew my hair on my crown bald spot and where receded at front. Read this testimonial emailed me from a user of the treatment: Mo Sratum (on Yahoo! Answers). You can contact him. Subject: HAIR LOSS! OMG! Message: Hi, “You may remember me, Mo Satrum, the guy with the constant questioning about the hair loss, well I've been doing it for two months now and it's working wonders! My hair loss increased the first few weeks but it gradually slowed down and my hair is gradually going back to normal as it were before. I was always told that hair loss was genetic and you could don’thing about it, but you've proved everyone wrong and even I had my doubts before starting your treatment but I can’t describe how much you've turned my life around! Thank you I don't know where I would be without you” TREATMENT: Use extra virgin olive oil and massage into entire scalp. Then brush EVERY part of scalp fast and firmly so it irritates the scalp. OK if it reddens scalp but stop short of making scalp too sore. Do 110/120 strokes at beginning and gradually build up to more. You may be apprehensive about irritating scalp – believe me I was too. But it’ll force new growth as it unplugs the blocked hair ducts that are cause of loss and prevent hair growth. Sometimes they’re experienced as painful itching spots. As you brush some shedding and breakage may occur at first but will gradually stop then new hairs will appear and will be weak looking and sparse. Keep up the brushing and don’t be concerned if brushing uproots them, as they’ll re-appear even stronger. The brush has to be a PALM HELD oval military brush with 1/2 ” medium stiff boar bristles. See them on Amazon. E.g. DIANE Pure Bristle Military Brush (Model: 8114.). Initially, for 2 weeks, it's best to do at night and leave oil on overnight and wash off in morning. Put a towel on pillow so you don’t soil it. Later on do oiling/brushing once a day (anytime). Leave for thirty min then remove oil by washing using a totally non harming shampoo. MANY shampoos are a main cause of hair loss as they’ve countless hair, scalp and even health harming harsh and toxic ingredients. Dandruff shampoos have even more toxic ingredients. See this site “Skin Deep Database” and look at shampoos and you’ll see which are the most harmful and others which are safe (or only minimally harming). You’ll also see that many claimed by makers to be organic and natural aren’t and also have hair and scalp harming toxic ingredients. I truly believe I escaped the fate of my grandfather, my father, my 2 younger brothers and a teenage nephew through this treatment. All are, or were, completely, or very nearly bald. Treatment clearly disproves loss is genetic. SOURCE(S): Many years research, self experimentation using natural treatments for hair loss, regrowth and cures of skin, scalp and hair disorders.
